Day 20. I have created our business email with domain name
I have completed the planned email settings. Since we do not have a WHMCS license, customer support will be provided via email. I receive an email, process the request, and respond. Automation in WHMCS typically handles this through the ticketing system, but as you may recall, we are unable to purchase a license at this time.
I have set up separate business email with domain name for the support, sales, abuse reports, and administration department, redirecting them to our main email registered with Google.
You will need separate email accounts not only for communication via email, but also for future use with WHMCS.
