Day 7. On the way to start web hosting business

We spent nearly the entire day on calls and chats with support from hosting providers which seemed good for us to start web hosting business.

It was reassuring to find that the support staff provided honest descriptions of all the hypothetical situations I outlined.

After analyzing all the data, my partner and I decided on the company that would meet our needs in most areas. The only thing we cannot afford is a control panel like WHMCS, as it comes with a high price tag. Customer service tasks will be handled manually through WHM until our revenues can cover the licensing costs.

Therefore, we now have a domain name, a hosting plan, and a clear understanding of our target audience. All this allow us to proceed with registrations and settings.

Tomorrow will be a busy day of shopping, and then we will be ready to start web hosting business!
