Day 121. Our first Trustpilot review
We have received our first review on Trustpilot. One of the participants in the promotion, after activation, contacted us. He asked us for help in setting up a hosting package to create a website. We completed all the necessary settings. He will have a free domain from another service, which will serve more as a test domain to determine further goals and potential prospects.
In general, all the settings are complete. The client is satisfied, and we have received a review of the work of our support team and the quality of the service provided. The Trustpilot review includes five stars, while the web hosting rating stands at 3.7. I am not sure how this system works, but our web hosting rating will likely improve with the number of reviews.
I did not receive responses to the requests I submitted yesterday. Today I left six more requests in chats for partnerships with web studios. By the evening, there was only one correspondence with a representative of a large web studio. He mentioned that he might be interested in a partnership and asked for a link to the website. I provided the link, but then he disappeared from the network, and I did not receive any further responses.
It is possible that web studios are not interested in shared hosting packages or that such behavior is typical in this field. In the future, we will learn more about this by examining the practices of web studios from other countries.
