Day 25. Payoneer, Skrill, WISE, CCBill reviews
Today, I have fully researched payment systems that accept non-cryptocurrency payments. I considered the options of CCBill, WISE, Payoneer, and Skrill.
CCBill makes transfers in USD and EUR. The control interface is a bit uncomfortable for me, but the support works well. The reviews of CCBill appear to be positive as well. In the settings, it is necessary to disable insurance payments to verify transactions. From my experience, clients have reported being charged an additional 3 USD without receiving an invoice or transaction information. Upon investigation, we discovered this happened to 47 clients. I had to disable this feature and manually return funds to each client. The API is stable with no major issues.
WISE payments arrive after a delay, similar to a bank transfer, so you must consider weekends when expecting payments. However, you can be assured of receiving payment and should extend client services until payment is received. WISE supports various currencies and allows for creating payment invoices for different countries and bank card holders. The API worked without issues.
Payoneer is a convenient system that allows for various fund operations. While we rarely used this payment method in the past, it functions well when handled adeptly.
Skrill has higher commissions but is convenient for sending or receiving different currencies from various countries. Though rarely used, it has not caused any problems to date.
We opted for Skrill and Payoneer as we could create free accounts for a small volume of transactions. Registering business accounts in other payment systems is not feasible currently, as we are starting our business without investments or extensive knowledge, relying on hope and faith in our success.
