Day 36. My honest impressions of free advertising forums
Today, I have reviewed all of my posts on the free advertising forums and the current situation is as follows:
– Webhostingtalk: no response, no changes. I am now awaiting notifications from the support service.
– Hostingdiscussion: no answer, no changes. I am now awaiting notifications from the support service.
– Forum web: no answer, no changes. I am now awaiting notifications from the support service.
– Freewebspace: I received an email response from the forum support stating that the issue had been resolved and the account was working. However, upon checking, nothing was working and there was a block message for spam. I replied to the email stating that nothing had changed. In the evening, I received a response stating that everything was now fine. Upon checking again, there were still no changes.
I find this kind of situation with the free advertising forums to be unprofessional and damaging to the service’s reputation. Even in negative situations with difficult clients, it is important to address any issues and conflicts that arise. This is my main rule when working with clients. In my correspondence with the support of this service, I noticed a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to help with such a minor issue. I THROWED IT IN THE TRASH.
