Day 43. Trying to gain customer trust and loyalty

My partner reminded me that a week had passed and it was time to check the Letshosttalk forum. I logged in and posted 1 message, with plans to check back in a week.

You could argue that my posts are strategically crafted to eventually post my own topic and that I could be posting more frequently, despite the rules. And you would be correct! However, after past experiences with forums that ultimately failed, I am cautious of employing such tactics. My goal is to consistently engage and gain customer trust and loyalty.

I also spent time today reviewing other posts and assessing reviewer ratings. I compiled lists and links in a Google docs of current, relevant information. Tomorrow, this data will be analyzed.
